This is one stronger model based on JX2020 Automatic Production Line for Marking, Punching and Shearing of Angle.
This machine have longer life and and better stability than JX2020 machine.

Product Features
1.Punching part: cylinder moving and guided by eight side, piston fixed. Keep balance of the moving of punchers, improve the stability of the cylinder. The fixation point of piston is spherical surface connect, eccentric-load can self-adjusted.
2.Uprightness press:The press cylinder is upright, guide surface sufficient, press-moving balanced, with high power of press, reduce the impact and the recoil of punching, and improve the stability of the machine.
3. Centralized lubrication: Centralized lubrication, easy for maintenance, ensure fully lubricated for each side of the cylinder, increase service life, debase the failure rate.
4. This machine can be equipped with bigger marking unit, according to customer' request ,we can equipped with 1250KN marking unit to suffice big angle processing.
5. Single blade shearing unit, max. shearing force up to 3800kN.
